We are Gente Oil Ecuador, an operator with more than 13 years of experience in the country. We currently operate Block 53 - Singue Field and plan to expand our operations to new fields, consolidating our commitment to the energy development of Ecuador. We are part of CDC International Holding, a conglomerate of Qatari origin with presence in more than 10 countries and more than 40 years of experience in industries such as: Oil and Gas, Construction, Urban Development, Hotels, Aviation and others.
Our work is based on a focus on social responsibility, technological innovation and alignment with the highest international standards of sustainability and environmental governance.
Gente Oil Ecuador is not only a key player in the country's hydrocarbon production, but also an ally in the development of communities and national progress. With a long-term vision, we continue to build energy with purpose.

Our History
We began operations in Ecuador in 2012, when we participated in the Tenth Oil Round promoted by the Ecuadorian State. That same year, in alliance with our partner Dygoil, we formed the DGC Consortium, which was awarded the contract for the development of Block 53, located in the province of Sucumbíos. What began as a strategic bet was soon consolidated as an emblematic project. In 2014, after a process of validation of trajectory and technical capabilities, Gente Oil Ecuador assumed the direct operation of Block 53 for a 20-year term. Since then, we have invested 100% at our own risk, relying on Ecuador's energy potential and the experience of a highly specialized team.
For more than a decade, we have actively contributed to reactivating an area that had been closed for more than 15 years, transforming it into a source of resources and opportunities. Our management has been guided by the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency and responsibility to local communities.
